Outline of research activities
One of my research interests is the visual representation of relationships between observed variables. Graph modeling based on graph theory is used for this purpose. I and my collaborators have proposed a method of statistical computation using graph structures.

The other interest is the statistical analysis with missing data. In particular, my work is to develop statistical computation methods using the EM algorithm and Markov chain Monte Carlo. I am studying the acceleration of convergence of the EM algorithm and its application to statistical models.
