Outline of research activities
I am studying the various phenomena which happen when accelerating an electric charge particle of monoatomic ion, a molecule ion and a cluster ion and irradiating the solid.
A target in our laboratory is to develop all kinds of computer simulation cords about the interaction between the ion and the solid, and to do an analysis of a phenomenon and a guess in the several fields of the ion engineering.
